Vaginal Aesthetic Rejuvenation

As women go through childbearing, hormonal changes and aging process, they may experience physical changes of the vagina which in turn may often affect sexual relationships and self-esteem.

Here at Glo Medispa, we are offering multiple Vaginal and Vulvar Reconstruction procedures that help women to achieve a high level of confidence by removing aesthetic concerns regarding their vaginal appearance and sexuality.

  • Vaginoplasty (reconstruction and/or rejuvenation of vaginal walls)

  • Vaginal Relaxation

  • Labioplasty (reduction of the labia minora)

  • Labia majora reduction

  • Clitoral Hood Reduction

  • Perineoplasty (correction of conditions of perineum due to damage, defect, or deformity)

  • Hymenoplasty (hymen reconstruction)

  • Revision of Episiotomy (repair of perineal and other lacerations associated with childbirth)


Consultation is required for these procedures and can be requested by calling our office.

In-person consultation Fee is $200 which is applied to the cost of the procedure.


Risks.

As with any surgical procedure, there are certain risks involved. The most common risks of any vaginal surgery are bleeding, infection, and scarring, however, these are rare.


Anesthesia.

Most procedures are performed under intravenous sedation administered by a board-certified anesthesiologist.


Post-Operative.

Return to normal activities varies depending on the type and extent of the procedure performed.

Sexual Activity: Do not engage in any sexual activity or place anything in the vagina for 6-8 weeks from the date of surgery, unless advised otherwise by your physician.

Exercise:  Do not engage in high-impact exercise for at least 6 weeks after surgery.

Lifting:  Do not lift anything greater than 10 pounds until approved by your physician.


Expectations.

Following the surgery, you can expect discomfort and some pain at the surgical site. Usually, It will last for the first few days and then gradually disappear.

Full healing may take up to 6 weeks. All sutures used in the procedure are absorbable and do not need to be removed.
